The organization Kirkekoncerter i Odense (Church concerts in Odense) was founded in 2019. The main purpose of the organization is organizing classical concerts in the main churches of the city of Odense. Musically, the main focus of the organization is the huge repertoire of works for choir and orchestra from the baroque and classical periods which during the latest 350 years has proven its quality, its value and its durability.

Kirkekoncerter i Odense also works to organize music festivals, concert series and other types of classical concerts presenting various established chamber music ensembles consisting of professional musicians from Denmark and abroad.

Kirkekoncerter i Odense is a non-profit organization which is totally dependent on the financial support by private foundations and public financial contribution.
